STRiVE “15,000 Eggs” Easter Egg Hunt

Join us Saturday March 31st for our Annual “15,000 Eggs” Easter Egg Hunt!

Registration begins promptly at 10:30 a.m. $5 per child ($3 for members) – all the proceeds will fund the children services that help families here in our community through STRiVE.

3 age groups, 1 to 8 years of age, 11 a.m. to 11:40 a.m.

  • Ages 1&2 in the children’s garden • 11 a.m.
  • Ages 3-5 on the front lawn • 11:20 a.m.
  • Ages 6-8 in the amphitheater • 11:40 a.m.

This is the Easter Egg Hunt of the year! With 15,000 eggs, plus a chance to get a picture with the Easter Bunny and enjoy the Western Colorado Botanical Gardens! Just remember to bring your own basket.

STRiVE has been serving Mesa County residents for over 50 years by providing a variety of services to help families and support individuals with developmental disabilities. STRiVE’s Children’s Programs include services that are designed around the child and family needs, concerns and priorities related to the development of the child & provided in natural learning environments.

Service co-ordination/case management is provided for every child and family to help determine the child’s needs and provide measurable goals. STRiVE’s Mission is to provide the best possible person-centered services, as our clients STRiVE every day to be independent and take greater control of their lives.

Throughout the history of our organization, we have been striving to fill in the gaps that exist in support services by providing qualified occupational therapy, respite, vocational, residential and other child and family support opportunities.

Our organization is made up of over 350 employees, with over 12 Day and Supported Employment Programs and more than 17 Residential Sites.
