MILESTONES PROGRAM

STRiVE’s Milestones Program has been developed for those individuals on the Autism Spectrum. Smaller group activities for those who do not tolerate noise and crowds, swing inside and outside, water tables, fountains and a sensory wall are a few of the features in Milestones. There is a fully fenced yard in which individuals can freely roam without wandering away.

HEALTHY BODY, HEALTHY MIND PROGRAM

STRiVE’s Healthy Body, Healthy Mind Program is designed to help individuals maintain and improve on both physical and mental abilities. Swimming, hiking, fishing and archery help maintain physical abilities while reading writing and math classes help maintain mental abilities. Education curriculums for any level available.

RETIREMENT PROGRAM

STRiVE’s Retirement Program is designed with our older individuals in mind. A slower pace with time to just relax with a cup of coffee or tea or join in on the crafts and games. A fully fenced yard with a gardening space is used to grow vegetables from seed in the spring. Outings to the places the individuals like to go and shopping trips are scheduled.

PERFORMING ART PROGRAM

STRiVE’s Performing Arts Program are designed with outgoing individuals in mind. Plays, singing, art of all kinds is scheduled in this program. Rachel Egelston from the Art Center teaches a special class for this group every Wednesday and Friday. There is a stage in the program area where plays are rehearsed, sets are made, and lighting is designed.

WELLNESS & ACTIVE WELLNESS PROGRAM

STRiVE’s Wellness & Active Wellness Program are designed for those individuals who need therapies and out of wheelchair positioning. Wellness is the more therapy based of the two. Active Wellness is designed to incorporate therapies with community outings.
